At Ysgol Tanyfron we have the children’s wellbeing and learning at the centre of everything that we do. We offer an extensive range of universal provision to support all learners in all areas.
All of our class teacher’s monitor the individal progress of all children in their class to make sure that the teaching and learning provided caters for the needs of all. Where appropriate all class teachers liaise closely with Mrs J. Jones the ALNCo (Additional Learning Needs Coordinator) to ensure that the learning of those pupils who may identify an addtional learning need is fully supported. Through a pupil-centred approach involving children, families and school we identify where there may be a need for targeted universal provision to support the progress of these pupils.
